What are Lease Lines?
And how to they work?
A leased line is a private, high-speed internet connection that offers a reliable and uncontended bandwidth for data transfer, setting it apart from shared broadband connections.
Unlike standard broadband, which shares bandwidth with other users, a leased line ensures consistent and dependable performance.
How are Lease Lines delivered:
Typically delivered via fiber cables, leased lines provide faster speeds and enhanced stability, making them ideal for businesses that need robust connectivity for tasks like hosting servers, conducting video calls, or transferring large volumes of data.
Would a survey be required?
Setting up a Leased Line takes longer than other options due to the need for new cable, which may require public infrastructure closures. That's why we provide a project manager from order to installation, who will arrange a site survey to assess the work needed and oversee the entire process.
Point-to-Point
A leased line can link any two locations, but it refers to a point-to business internet connection, also known as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA).

What do lease lines cost?
When it comes to the financials, leased lines are considered a premium service and may be pricier than standard broadband, the advantages of dedicated and connectivity can make the investment for businesses that require high connectivity.
